Aubervilliers B3

On the Aubervilliers B3 project, Belenis acted as client-side project manager for the fit-out of laboratories and cleanrooms, a 4,000 m² GFA scheme delivered on behalf of Alice & Bob, with architects Bléas & Leroy and Studioboy. Environments of this kind — cleanrooms, contamination-control requirements and demanding technical and regulatory standards — call for rigorous definition from the earliest stages. As client-side project manager, we supported the client in setting out the brief, structuring the programme and running the project, keeping the scientific objectives, the technical constraints and the budget aligned throughout. Our role as quantity surveyor and client-side project manager was to underpin every decision, address the risks specific to such a highly technical building and manage costs at each stage. Completion is scheduled for 2024-2026. A scheme that reflects Belenis's expertise on complex industrial and scientific buildings, in Aubervilliers and across the Île-de-France region.
