Bagnolet - Food Corner

At Bagnolet, Belenis acted on design management and construction management for a 3,000 m² GFA scheme comprising offices and a professional kitchen (Food Corner). Designing and delivering a scheme that pairs office space with a professional kitchen means mastering a range of technical constraints — circulation, ventilation, hygiene, specialist catering equipment — while holding the programme and the budget. On design management, Belenis led the technical studies and the development of the design towards construction; as construction manager, we directed the works on site, coordinated the contractors and oversaw the scheme through to handover. This continuity between design and construction ensures that what is built matches what was designed. Our expertise as construction manager and quantity surveyor keeps the scheme under technical and cost control. Delivered in 2023, at Bagnolet in the Seine-Saint-Denis.
