At Neuilly-sur-Seine, Belenis is acting as client-side project manager on a 3,000 m² GFA scheme combining office refurbishment and new build, for NATO / CSO. Working for an institutional organisation of this kind calls for particular rigour in defining the brief, meeting security requirements and running the project. As client-side project manager, Belenis represents the client's interests among the project team: we support them in setting the programme, in the cost estimate and budget setting, in the tendering and letting of contracts, and in overseeing the scheme through to completion. Combining refurbishment and new build on a single site demands close coordination of design and works, and early attention to technical and programme risks. Our client-side project management and quantity surveying expertise underpins every decision and keeps costs under control. Under way over 2024-2028, at Neuilly-sur-Seine in the Hauts-de-Seine.
