On Rue de Douai, in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, Belenis is acting as construction manager on a residential refurbishment. Refurbishing homes within an existing Parisian building means working with the historic fabric, the constraints of an occupied or restricted site, and demanding standards of quality and programme. As construction manager, Belenis directs the works on site, coordinates the contractors and oversees the works through to handover, keeping the scheme, its quality, the programme and the budget on track. Our role as construction manager and quantity surveyor ensures that what is built matches what was designed, and keeps the scheme under technical and cost control.
